Power off the iPhone

Remove bottom Pentalobe screws

2 minRemove the tri-point screws securing the metal bracket over the rear camera assembly.

Remove the rear camera module

3 minUse a standoff driver and Phillips #000 driver to remove all logic board retaining screws.

Lift out the logic board
2 minGently lift the logic board by its bottom edge and guide it out of the rear case.
