   Power Off Device

   Press and hold the side button and volume down button simultaneously, then slide to power off the iPhone 11 Pro Max.

   Remove Pentalobe Screws

   Use a P2 Pentalobe screwdriver to remove the two 6.8 mm screws located on either side of the Lightning charging port.

    Heat Back Glass Surface

    Apply heat directly to a section of the broken rear glass using a heat gun set to approximately 200°C to break down the factory epoxy.

    Chisel Edge Back Glass Shards

    Insert a thin metallic pry tool or precise chisel blade under the shattered glass and carefully scrape away loose pieces.

    Remove Glass Around Camera Ring

    Heat the raised camera bezel area and carefully pick away glass shards surrounding the triple lens frame without scratching the metal rings.

    Scrape Residual Epoxy

    Use a precision pry tool and 99% isopropyl alcohol to scrape off remaining glue residue and tiny glass splinters from the stainless steel frame.

    Apply Replacement Glass Adhesive

    Lay down pre-cut adhesive film or apply a thin, continuous bead of B-7000 glue along the perimeter and internal frame crossbars.

    Align and Set New Glass

    Carefully align the replacement back glass panel over the camera lenses and lower it flush onto the phone frame.

    Clamp Frame and Reassemble

    Apply gentle spring clamps along the perimeter for 30 minutes, then reinstall the battery, logic board, and screen in reverse order.
