Unplug All Cables

Unscrew the Internal DC Power Jack
2 minRemove the Torx T8 mounting screws holding the power connector assembly to the rear frame.

Remove Damaged Power Connector
1 minLift the faulty DC power jack assembly out of the metal rear panel slot.

Install Replacement DC Power Jack
3 minPlace the new power connector module into the rear frame cutout and secure it with the Torx T8 screws.

Plug Harness into Motherboard
2 minConnect the wire harness from the new power jack securely into the motherboard header.

Reattach Upper Metal Shielding
4 minPosition the top metal shield over the chassis and tighten all Torx T10 screws securely.

Snap Outer Case Halves Together
